In 2021, I had the chance to collaborate with Dat Kid Wingz on his music video Watch Out. Back then, our video editing skills were solid, but over the past three years, our company has significantly leveled up its editing services. Fast forward to 2025, I decided to revisit and re-edit that same video. The difference is staggering, it’s like night and day! The growth and knowledge we’ve gained over the years are immediately apparent when you compare the original to the new version.

One of the biggest hurdles I faced during the re-edit was the lack of sufficient B-roll footage. This forced me to think outside the box and get creative to keep the final product engaging. Thankfully, with the advancements in artificial intelligence, I was able to integrate AI-generated elements into the video, filling in the gaps where B-roll was missing. It was a game-changer and added a fresh, dynamic layer to the visuals.

Overall, this project was an incredible opportunity to push our creative boundaries and explore new heights in video editing. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come and how much we’ve evolved since 2021.
