6.2. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold RecFocus harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of our services, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

7.1. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
